Variable interest rate, adjusted quartely to reflect the Prime Rate as published in the Wall Street Journal.

Property must be owner occupied and located in Massachusetts.
Loan to value ratio not to exceed 80%.
Interest paid may be tax deductable. Consult with your tax advisor.
