This Line of Credit is used as needed and can be easily accessed online or by phone. Current borrowing guidelines allow a maximum of 3 withdrawals per year. There are no early payoff penalties.

Monthly payment calculated on a one-year term. This Line of Credit cannot exceed $10,000.00** and checks are made payable directly to schools.

Home Equity Lines of Credit

We offer Home Equity Loans as follows:

• Lines of Credit from $25,000 to $200,000.
• Variable interest rate, adjusted monthly to reflect the Prime Rate as published in the Wall Street Journal.
  • The current interest rate for new Home Equity Lines of Credit is 7.50%
• The property must be owner-occupied and located in Massachusetts.
• Loan to value ratio not to exceed 80%.
• Interest paid may be tax-deductible. Consult with your tax advisor.
